What we collect, and what we don't.

The short version

If you fill in the contact form, what you type is emailed to us so we can reply. That is the only personal information this site collects. Beyond that we count page views, without cookies and without anything that identifies you. There are no advertising trackers, and no fonts or scripts loaded from anyone else's servers.

The contact form

The form asks for your name and email address, and optionally your company, what you want to grow, and anything else you want to add. You choose what to put in the free-text boxes, so please don't put anything there you would not want sitting in an email inbox.

When you send it, the form posts to a small function running on Cloudflare's network, which checks the fields and passes the message to Resend, an email delivery service, which delivers it to our mailbox. Your email address is set as the reply-to address so that answering you is a single click.

The site itself has no database. Your enquiry is not stored here. It becomes an email, and it lives in our mailbox like any other correspondence.

Two hidden fields go along with the form and are worth naming, because they sound worse than they are: an always-empty box that automated spam scripts fill in and people never see, and a timestamp of when the page loaded. Both exist to tell a bot from a person. Neither identifies you, and both are discarded once that check is done.

Cookies

This site sets none. Not one. Not for analytics, not for advertising, not for "essential" purposes either. That is why there is no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

If you press the dark-mode button in the header, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage under the name bb-mode. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it. If you never press the button, nothing is written at all and the site simply follows whatever your operating system prefers.

Analytics

There are none. The site is built so that a privacy-respecting analytics tool could be added later, and it counts a few things internally (which pages load, whether the form was started), but with no provider configured, none of it is transmitted anywhere. It exists only in the memory of the tab you have open and disappears when you close it.

If that ever changes, this section changes with it, and we will pick a tool that does not need cookies or a consent banner.

Fonts and third parties

The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from Google Fonts, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you visited. Nothing else on the site is embedded from elsewhere: no maps, no video players, no social widgets, no chat popups.

The two social links in the footer go to Instagram and LinkedIn. They are ordinary links: nothing is shared with either company unless you click through, at which point their own privacy policies apply.

Server logs

This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like every web host, Cloudflare records basic technical information when a page is requested (an IP address, a browser type, a timestamp) in order to serve the page and to absorb attacks. We do not use those logs to build a profile of anyone, and we do not combine them with anything from the contact form.

Who else sees your enquiry

Two companies handle it in passing, because they are how the message reaches us:

• Cloudflare — runs the function that receives the form and hosts the site.
• Resend — delivers the message to our inbox as email.

Beyond that, your enquiry is read by the people at Bold Bloom who need to answer it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for advertising.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. In practice that means searching our mailbox for your name and address and acting on what is there. Write to us through the contact page and we will reply within two working days.

If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, so we can put it right.

Children

This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it. There is no version history to hunt through. The current text is always what applies.
